Established in 1874, Arthurlie FC is Barrhead’s local football team. Playing in light blue and white stripes, the club has competed at both senior and junior level over the course of its 150-year history. The current Dunterlie Park – located a short walk from Barrhead Train Station – has been the club’s home ground since 1919 and has a capacity of around 3,000 spectators.
